Join Dr. David Scott, MBChB, PhD, who will outline the molecular classifications of aggressive B-cell lymphoma, focusing on diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and how they relate to the current pathology classifications. These will include schema using chromosomal rearrangements, gene expression profiling, and co-occurrence of genetic aberrations. He will then expand on the gene expression-based cell-of-origin (COO) classification and its refinement, including methods for COO assignment and its potential clinical utility.
