AUTHORIZATION:
By signing below, with or without payment, this contract shall become a legally binding contract to support the 16th Annual Meeting of the Cancer Genomics Consortium at the level indicated above. The individual signing this document represents that he/she is duly authorized to execute this binding contract on behalf of the exhibitor. By signing this agreement, the exhibitor agrees to abide by and be bound by this Contract. The parties agree that the electronic signature appearing on this agreement is the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.

A signed contract obliges the Exhibitor to pay 100% of the contracted amount. Exhibitor payment is due within thirty days of submission of this form. This payment is non-refundable and contract is non-cancellable.
