The CGC Corporate Council (Council) year begins in January 2026 and registration is now available. It is comprised of companies engaged in developing, manufacturing, and distributing products and services for the genetics and genomics industry. The Council will provide a forum for CGC and its corporate partners to share information that can support genetics and genomics professionals in achieving the highest standards in researching, testing, reporting and teaching. Council partners will advise the CGC as it pursues its goal to promote best practices in clinical cancer genomics.

Council Fees

Council Membership fees will be $2500 annually, payable on application.
Council membership includes a commitment to at least Gold Level support for the upcoming Annual Meeting, and for any additional years the company selects at the time of this confirmation.
Council members have the option to upgrade to Platinum or Diamond Level support on or by April 1, 2026.

AUTHORIZATION:
By signing below, with or without payment, this contract shall become a legally binding contract to support the 2026 CGC Corporate Council and the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Cancer Genomics Consortium. The individual signing this document represents that he/she is duly authorized to execute this binding contract on behalf of the exhibitor. By signing this agreement, the exhibitor agrees to abide by and be bound by this Contract. The parties agree that the electronic signature appearing on this agreement is the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.

A signed contract obliges the Exhibitor to pay 100% of the contracted amount. Payment is due within thirty days of submission of this form. This payment is non-refundable and contract is non-cancellable.

Our company authorizes the Cancer Genomics Consortium (CGC) to record audio and/or video portions of our booth, personnel, and presentation at the CGC 2026 Annual Meeting. This authorization is granted with the understanding that the CGC may distribute this information to attendees, supporters and other interested parties as enduring education materials (via print, internet, or other media) or in publicity materials. CGC will not publish any recordings without this written consent. I understand that CGC will not assert any copyright or deprive our company of any other rights we may have. *
